Enjoy 😊

Magical moments.

So, mac and cheese and wings for me reminds me of being a kid, and so the first time I made it for my kids I taught my daughter at a young age that the way to feel alive is through food (my daughter loves to cook and eat). So, when ever I make this dish, I always light an orange or white color candle because orange is her favorite color. I do have on my music and depending on the day it can go from being heavy rock or some classical music. When I start the process of cleaning and cutting things to prep, I am telling the ingredients what I want from them. I tell them to use their properties to the fullest level so that way when the people who eat them, they will consume all that positive reinforcement you are putting into that food. See, food is not just something that you eat to live but food is a way of life in your ability to feel alive. So put the positive reinforcements through your intentions and bring that food alive helping those who eat it feel that same exciting feeling as you will get when you make it.

MAGICAL INGREDIENTS

Garlic – When you use garlic people say you can keep the blood suckers away, but when you hang them in a braid of twelve heads over a door it is supposedly able to banished unwanted jealous in people and thieves when trying to enter your home, you also will be bringing protection into the home, if you are wanting to draw in more customer for your business this will help bring that energy into your business. When grinded down into a powder you can burn it over a charcoal disk for a smoke cleansing.

Onion – So with onions they can be used in multiple spells, some of the most common are that of sexual energy and fertility because they are ruled by Mars and under the element of Fire. They can also be used for physical health and protection. Burning the blossom of an onion can be used to banish bad habits and well as getting rid of any unwanted guest that might show up at the last minute to eat.

Ginger – So with ginger one of the most important things when using in spell work is that it will make that spell so much stronger and really quick. It is going to accelerate any intention in that spell. Ginger is known as well to help aid in the fighting in your sleep and having bad nightmares. When you are using it in a banish spell it can help you to rid someone from your life. Ginger like the Onion it is ruled Fire as well.

Jalapeno – So like the Ginger this is one of those ingredients that will boost any spell and boost it very quick. The Jalapeno is associated with Fire well because of its heat factor, they can also be used in the form for protection. If you place around the house, it will create a wall of protection against anything having unwanted energy. They have been tied as well to the fertility for men in particular, this will def spice up the sex life.

Soy sauce – How you ask…. Well soy sauce has been used in protection, banishment, and cursing spells.

Honey – When you are using honey in spell traditionally honey is poured into a jar or small saucer, it is said to sweeten that spell, it can also be used to hold two things together as a binding agent.

Lime juice – So lime juice you don’t usually think of this as being able to bring magic but actually lime juice can be used for protection and purification. Using limes dried or even cut fresh with green aventurine for luck of the financial setting. Like their other citrus siblings’ limes can be used for essential oils and sabbath simmering pots

Orange juice – in some spells if you do not have the sacred wine you can use orange juice as a replacement. You can add orange juice to teas to summons love, as well as luck. Love magic as it is called also uses a lot of orange in their results to enhance the properties that you are trying to create. If you use with vodka, you can take the juice of oranges and vodka and create a cleaner for you alter as well.

Salt – So besides creating a safe space around you while you are doing your magic, you can use salt in your bath to cleanse your spirit, when adding certain oils to the salt you can create a nice bath salt, Salt is also a psychic enhancer by allowing you to collect the energy you are wanting to harvest and keeping the unwanted energy out.

Pepper – So besides using pepper for banishing spells or hexing spells, black pepper is used for making a spell stronger as well. By using them with other protective herbs such as rosemary, basil, sage in the corners of your home you protect yourself of any unwanted energy to come in unwelcomed.

Paprika – Well like a lot of other spices this is one of them that is a conductor for enhancing spell work when used with other herbs, it can be used in spells that consist of energy, love

Thyme – Thyme along with rosemary, sage, or basil can be a big cleansing agent for protecting the home, it also has the ability if hung over the windows or doors after a death has happen will remove the heaviness in the home and in the heart to move forward. Placing thyme on an alter in the place of water can help as well. This herb is associated with water. You can place in your pillow case if you are wanting to have a peaceful night of sleep.

All spice – This is a spice that can be used to help gain money, wealth, and bring business success. It also helps with relieving tension and creates a sense of peace and quiet

Cinnamon – Can be used to create love spells, or boost energy in other spells, you can also burn whole cinnamon sticks for a cleansing of a home, and don’t forget to use the cinnamon at the beginning of each month to sweep out the front of the house for that boost of peace in your home. But you do want to be careful because too much cinnamon can be too much from some spells.

Bay leaves – MANIFESTATION…. Write the intentions down on bay leaves and burn them as part of spell work, cleansing of the home with other protection herbs such as sage, lavender, rosemary, thyme. This also helps out with stress, protections, and raises healing levels in some spells.

Olive oil – So we know olive oil can be used in essential oils but did you know you can cast spells with oil and drawing the symbols on the items with olive oil. They can be used in rituals to create a welcoming energy and to enhance the spell work you have.

Ingredients for Jerk Chicken Wings

4 lbs. of chicken wings either drums or flat pieces

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 small white onion chopped (about 1 cup)

1 tsp grate fresh ginger

1 med jalapeno seeded and diced

1 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp honey

1/3 cup of lime juice (about 3 small limes)

¼ cup orange juice

2 tsp salt

2 tsp black pepper

2 tsp smoked paprika

2 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp ground allspice

½ tsp ground cinnamon

½ tsp ground nutmeg

2 bay leaves

½ cup olive oil

Directions for wings

1.     Add chicken to sandwich bag

2.     Add garlic, onion, ginger, jalapeno, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, orange juice salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon, cayenne, bay leaves, oil to a medium bowl once you stir add to the sandwich bag

3.     Seal the bag and place in the fridge for 2 hours or over night

4.     Heat oven to 400 degrees

5.     Cook until done I usually cook about 25 to 30 mins depending on the oven maybe a little longer and the size of wings

6.     Add a side of ranch or blue cheese and there you go.

Ingredients for Mac and Cheese

1 box of elbow or shell macaroni

Salt and pepper to taste

CHEESE---- (now the cheesier the better is my thought) – 1 box of Velveeta, 1 bag of finely shredded sharp cheddar, 1 bag finely shredded of mozzarella, 1 bag of finely shredded parmesan

Milk – just enough to keep it a little moist while mixing the cheese

Directions for mac and cheese

1.     Cook macaroni to directions.

2.     Drain macaroni and put back in the pot you cooked it in.

3.     Start adding the cheeses. Start with the Velveeta ( I normally cut into small pieces just so it is easier to mix. When that is all mixed you add the other bags 1 by 1 until it is completely mixed up. Making sure you add splashes of milk along the way to keep it from getting too thick and hard to stir.

4.     Add salt and pepper to taste. (I do not add too much salt or pepper but that is just me.

5.     Once all the mac and cheese is made, you then will add to it to a roasting pan with aluminum foil over the top so that the top of cheese does not burn.

6.     Set it in the oven on 350 degrees and let it cook for 15 to 20 mins just so the cheeses melt more. Once that time has gone by you want to take off the aluminum foil and let it come to a nice golden brown on top and that should be about 10 – 15 more minutes.
