Week 12 – Eating and drinking the rainbow.

Chakras – What are the 7 chakras and how can food help us to gain the most out of them? What can different color foods bring to our Chakras and how they can power them up?

Incorporating them in a daily routine from some fresh strawberries at breakfast, to carrots or Brussel sprouts at dinner can help. Eating healthy does not have to be hard, but eating natural foods all the time can be hard.
